Bailouts for Wall Street--GOOD, in Blackburn's playbook. No-bid contracts for Blackwater and Halliburton--GOOD. Jobs, health care, Internet, social security, student loans that would help people--BAD. Just say NO--or bye, bye--to Marsha Blackburn, who has held the 7th Congressional District seat in the U.S. House for 11 years.
